There are no delivery charges (Free delivery on all items) for deliveries within the UK. The price you see is all that you have to pay, everything is included in the price.

Please email me email@jewelleryofdistinction.uk prior to ordering if outside of the UK in order that can discuss any additional payment fees for deliveries.

From when in receipt of your memory item I will endeavour to send your finished item within 2 weeks. if for any reason it is any longer I will notify you as soon as possible.

Upon receipt of payment, your contact details of postal and email address, I will send out your parcel for collection of the memory item within 1-2 working days.

Yes, an email confirmation will be electronically generated to you following your order.

You can change your order when placed providing it is prior to individualised or personal works on item commencing. Will do the very best to accommodate any changes.

If you cancel the order, then depending how far along the process it is, will determine how much if any of a refund can be given. Understandably this is because the item is personalised to you.

Due to the individual works being carried out, every attempt to ensure that you are kept up to date with the process and pleased with your cherished item. However, in the unlikely event that you are sent the wrong product please email me ASAP and I will rectify immediately if it is due to “Jewellery of distinction”. if for any reason it is not due to ” Jewellery of distinction” then will assist as much as possible to deal with this in a productive manner.

Will always ensure that the cherished product is securely packaged. If for any reason the item is damaged in any way, please email me immediately with pictures in order that can assist to rectify and a happy resolution is reached in a speedy manner.
